Heritage Carpet & Tile is a full-service flooring contractor offering hardwood, carpet, ceramic/porcelain tile, marble flooring, laminate and LVP. We have built a reputation for quality and provide installation and service to meet all new construction needs from entry-level production homes to high-end custom homes.
Sales
Our sales and estimating department understands base house cost sensitivity. Using digitized take-offs, we create pricing packages tailored to a builder’s own offerings and formats.
Heritage works together with builders to design flooring and bath programs that will be popular with buyers. Our revenue generation is primarily through the purchase of upgrades. Our sales department ensure the designers and sales team to have the proper product education and selling tools necessary to speak knowledgeably about the product with buyers. We are available seven days a week by telephone and email for support if builders or sales team have questions being posed by the homebuyers.
Heritage Carpet & Tile offers design services in Boynton Beach, Fort Pierce, and Naples locations for builders who prefer to outsource the selection process. Due to our large labor force and more than 39 years experience, we have a higher understanding of the needs of production home builders above our competition, and we have added leverage with material vendors in regards to pricing and product availability.
Our service department is tasked with taking care of homebuyers during the warranty period. We have dedicated service technicians and phone support to assist all new homeowners. The original installer is never sent for repair work and your homebuyers will be greeted by a uniformed technician. All homeowners are called the day before a repair to confirm the schedule and we obtain signatures on the builder’s repair notification to return so the builder has evidence of a completed ticket.
We have national agreements with all the large vendors, including but not limited to Mohawk, Dal-Tile, Shaw, Armstrong Flooring, and Emser, and we also can buy from any vendor to meet a customer’s specification.
Our labor force is 800 people strong and we consistently meet our builder's schedules year in year out, even during the year-end push.
